You must re-link your rewards cards every year Giant, Safeway, Harris Teeter, Bloom and Target programs.

Here are directions to register for each store:

Giant – A+ Bonus Bucks

1. Go to Giant A+ Sign Up Page
2. Sign in to Register your card by entering the first 3 letters on your last name and 12 digit Giant Card number
3. Click “Continue to Register” and enter Navy School ID: 01906
4. Click “Register” and then click “Confirm”
5. If you do not know your Giant Card, you will need to call the Giant hotline at 1-877-366-2668, option 2.

      Harris Teeter – Together in Education

1. Go to Harris Teeter Together in Education Page
2. Simply enter your email address and password under the Returning Users section.
3. You will be redirected to your dashboard.       –
4. Click on ‘Together In Education’ in the left hand side navigation to link to your schools.
5. Click ‘Add School’ and search for the school that you would like to link to your VIC card.   Navy School ID: TIE5956
6. Once you find the school, click on it to add to the ‘Current Schools’ section.
7. If you would like to link to a previous school, click ‘Make Current’ by the name of the school in the ‘Previous Schools’ section.
8. Or, call 1-800-432-6111 to register by phone

Target REDcard or Target Visa

1. Go to Target REDcard: Take Charge of Eduction Page
2. Click the ‘Find a School’ link in the ‘Have a REDcard?’ box
3. Click on the “By Target School ID” tab and enter the Navy School ID: 103684 and click ‘Submit’
4. Click “Select this School” then enter your REDcard information and click “Complete Registration”
5. Or, call 1-800-316-6142 to register by phone or use a Target Store kiosk
